Character Description
A twin-tailed, cyborg Fox who isn't all of what he seems, he also not so secretly houses an alien entity within his body that allows him to bend reality to his will, to a point. He has a close relationship with said entity, named BB.

Personality
A firey young man who is cautious of strangers at first and questions their motives. He'd sooner be looking out for himself and his sister and screw others over than trust them, but he has a soft side. Once you get on his good terms, Kael is a fiercely loyal friend and lover and he almost never backs down from a fight. He's strong willed and mischievous and has a strong personal moral compass (not necessarily good morals).

River: Kael's twin sister who's got a lot of spunk. She's the brawns, he's the brains.
World/Setting
A post apocalyptic world where technology is far advanced but only widely available for the rich and famous. Many of those on the Wasteland (aka, the earth) are left to die and live for short period of time under miserable conditions. Humans sought to fix this problem of adaptation to their hostile environment by splicing their genes with animals that are long extinct, often leaving the experiments as horrible monsters if they fail. If not, then they turn into a mixture of things that may be useful to them, if they're the lucky ones.
Technology is closely monitored by the UWC (United World Coalition) and much of the good stuff is illegal, if you're a Wastelander. The UWC of course keeps the best stuff for themselves and many citizens are forced to cash out large sums of money for good bio ware or make due making their own if they want to replace limbs suffering from rot or other horrors.
AI is common place, but robots and androids are not among the wasteland unless under close UWC guard because they will be ambushed and scrapped for parts. Most people on the planet are either animal spliced, cyborgs, or both.
Alien technology especially is a big no no, and is to be quarantined immediately.
Body
Lithe, but he's got a mostly gymnast's body. His plush ass is his most prominent feature, though he holds his fair share of abs and takes pride on his muscular but soft thighs.
His hair goes down past his shoulders, but he often keeps it up.
Clothing
He usually wears very techno-apocalyptic things. Any combination of Mad-max and cyber punk, usually somewhere between male and female clothing, he likes both. He's also a huge fan of cat suits, the tighter, the better.
Accessories
A special poncho that helps camouflage the user, a com ear piece, a filter mask, and BB (who shouldn't really be counted as an accessory)
