The regin of Black Death is over the Rise of Blue Hope begins. After the years past Black Death felt cursed for having the black arm's DNA in his system he found a way to remove it.
For Miranda she lost her powers years ago so she lived her life without powers but she hasen't lost her courage to help people. In one incident where a building was on fire, Miranda was able to save some people but was fast enough to escape the flames and once the building exploded she is somehow save by something fast. From out of the flames a new hero Blue Hope (aka Black Death) saves the day and Miranda is full of joy to see him again.
