Gias laments over a missing piece from her life. How many years have passed since she removed herself from Adrian's life? Having lived for over 4 millenniums, a year seems like a drop in the ocean, but now, every day feels more and more lengthy. It doesn't matter how old you are, or what you feel, when you love your kids to do anything for them, being apart from them hurts, especially if you know they are still alive.
