A guy I know used to throw those really big firecrackers that you could use to blow holes in drink cans and such. He'd light them, count to three, then throw so they'd explode when they hit the ground.
One time he was drunk and somebody interrupted him with a question mid-count.
"One...two...uh, what?...oh, three..."
Took quite a bit of skin off his fingers. Blood everywhere and he still has the scars.
