CampionL. I am in love with the idea of the two single parents, Colin and Flora, getting together. (I ship them so HARD!!!) CampionL (we cool kids just call him Campy) is the maker of an awesome webcomic called Forest Hill, found over here on https://www.foresthillcomic.org/. He's also right here on InkBunny! So go check out his comic, and see the stories of life he's writing for us all. https://inkbunny.net/CampionL Some of his topics are a little rough to handle, but life throws us curveballs, and Campy doesn't hold back exposing life in it's simple charms and brutal ugliness. Not a comic for the kiddies. His is a passion project, and although it can be hard to handle at times, it's well worth the read. Also fun to see how his initial art style has changed and improved so much over time! I strongly recommend it!
I hope people can tell the characters apart. Back row, left-to-right: Colin, Flora. Front row, left-to-right: Tali, Hunter, Kaleb, Tanya, Benni. Glad you like it Furlips!

You did such an amazing job! It made me happy when i first saw it on FA. Its not easy getting all the characters to interact well on one page. But you did amazing.

I see a couple of mistakes that I forgot to fix in this picture, but I'm still happy with the outcome. Thanks CubbyH! I just wanted to see a happy moment between all the characters, especially the parents! <3

It wasn't easy to do, but I'm glad the effort payed off so well. I like how every character is doing their own thing in this picture. Hunter just happily munching away on popcorn, lol. I'm happy to have gotten all 7 characters in here at the same time.

I appreciate that, thank you. Forest Hill has hit an intellectual tickle spot for me, and I fell in love with the comic. I'm glad their "romance" might actually become canon!

I agree, the writing and story is quite interesting! I look forward to Monday nights to see the next update. :3 They make such a cute couple, here's to hoping their romance will last! ❤

His comic updates every week. I'm also impatiently waiting for him to progress, lol. He does stream from time to time on Piczel. https://piczel.tv/watch/Campy

Heh, yeah. This was way back when I found out there was a prospect of romance between the two adults. This was my attempt at a catalyst to "make it happen", but Campy took it in his own direction. :3 Oldie but a goodie! Thanks for noticing it!

I hadn't noticed Talitha until I saw your response to Furlips. I see that Hunter seems to have accepted her being around him. Benni seems happy, perhaps he's having a happy dream about being in a happy family where he's treated with respect and love.

Having been around kids... Kids have great hearts. They are strong enough to forgive and move on. They have basic needs: love, acceptance, safety. After that it's play, entertainment, snacks and cuddles. If you can still love your parent after they punish you for something, or love a spouse after a heated argument, you'll understand very easily. Life moves on. And in my vision, I saw a huge potential for a wonderful "Brady Bunch" family. Talitha and Hunter could make great friends! Not noticing Talitha right away is fine. Hidden by the TV, she is in a hard spot to notice, heh. The fact Benni can even smile is amazing enough, especially after all he's been through. I'm sure he's dreaming of joining a sport or club organization (Cub Scouts?), something where he can feel like he finally belongs, instead of being stuck as an outcast and a bully. A lot of love can shape people in strange ways, and I really wanted to see Benni happy for once. Imagine him doing good for once, helping others, and all the praise he can get for being such a good natured boy at heart. "Your boy was great help today Miss Flora. He helped me carry my groceries all the way here from baker Street!"

Well, Benni definitely proved that in the arc where Tanya got raped. When he called Kaleb his little brother and Tanya his friend, I was pretty certain things were going to change for him. Of course, it could take a while. (After all, the last page with his father talking to Talitha's father tells me Benni's problems with "dad" aren't over by a long shot.)
