As the God of Balance, Harccis main ability is to ensure everything is in order. Nothing is too strong, nothing too weak. Everything has a positive and a negative. While this seems like a weak role, Harccis holds the rules of the world in his hand. As such he can weaken or strengthen anything at will. He will sometimes use this power to assist Shadow, enhancing his attacks so they can protect the world.
