Background/History
born in 1908 this younger brother and boy king to be is the Son of the Late and Great Rasputin, who after a fling with the queen she quietly gave birth to this boy and he knew all 6 of 8 years of his life in the palace playing, learning and growing, he knows a bit of estate and economy and he got to practice being king by learning how not to rule from his half brother Nicholas the II however after his seventh birthday he and his family moved out of the palace for fear of the scandal coming to light, and now he, his Mother and his soon to be dead father Live in a tiny shack on the outskirts of the city.
