Character Sheet for Taurius Agrippa Valerianus
Background/History
Taurius served in the Roman legion to the rank of Decanus, leading by example to his contubernium (squad). He served in numerous battles, including a battle where his unit slayed a Greek king, and had promise to continue his service and gain a plot of land and a decent salary, until everything changed.
In Iberia, he committed a heinous crime that involved the murder of his commanding Centurion's brother. From that point on he was sentenced to death in the gladiatorial games, branded in the rear to show that he was now a slave, no longer a citizen but mere property. In battles he is assigned bits of Roman uniform, discolored as a sign of shame and dishonor, and armed with two Falcata blades, in reference to his last assignment in Iberia where he committed his crime.
But perhaps his strength and fighting skill might bring him towards freedom?
