The main villain and dictator of Kanto. He has seized control of almost everything in the reigon, beside the other GymLeaders' Gym sites. They refused to give in to his rule. So he let em' by, cause he know they aren't strong enough to face him. Also, he has a unique harem of females, including a 46 year old Entei herself.
