Maybe the person who made the meme forgot to put her on there or just left her out in order to put some of the EG villains on there. Either way, to me, she would be the same as Starlight as I never read the comics and that where Tempest's full backstory was apparently. So just going by the movie, she left because only three ponies abandoned her and she didn't want to tried to make new friends.
