Refitted ship converted into a airship. The upper area uses a special element called Aether. The Aether is very efficient to lift stuff. It's cheaper refit a water ship into airship since people discovered how to use Aether in my world. This is not only a way to use Aether. Some moderns military airships for example will use Aether Engines and this engines use the Aether in solid form. Maybe someday soon I draw a airship for James (me)
