Woah Tails really do hate rats, but i dont think that will help shadow get better, actually i think it may get worst >^< yes theyre rats but still babies are babies no matter the species of animals (thats what i think)

I mean, usually too many rats can cause a problem. They spread disease easily and breed fast. But as pets are fine if they get their shots.
