“Hey…Eheheheh…Hey there…you hehehehe."

The argonian was drunk for sure, and seemed to be walking about the village at night, slurring and spilling out nonsense from his mouth with every step. He seemed incredibly intoxicated, as he had no care for the fact that he was fully clothes down to boots but with his lower body armor gone, parading about in his bright yellow briefs.

“Didja hear about…ehehehahah…the time..I…I……..I…..Ahhhahahahah!”

He was definitely kicked from some tavern for causing a ruckus, but he was sure earning looks and laughs, and by morning, he would have no memory of it as he felt the aftereffects of the mead he drank.
