I dunno, the whole Pokemon thing was after my time, so I know very little about it. But that thing looks dangerous! Synn looks adorable, though, and that outfit is cute as can be on her. Though a longer skirt might be an idea if you're gonna prance around like that. Or maybe not. I suppose it could come in handy for distraction purposes.
The background is gorgeous on this, and your coloring work is simply fantastic! I love the bright, almost cartoony look of the world. The energetic pose is quite nicely done as well!
