It would appear that despite her usually glamorous appearance (what with being a super-mega-ultra plus-sized model and all that), Vanessa isn't really a morning person. In fact, by the looks of things, Vanessa seems to be the sort of person to require several cups worth of coffee in the morning, just so she can be mildly conscious in the early hours of the day (you know, like how it is for most people in the world today =p).
