Sweaterpuppy here is an über cute character created by an incredibly talented artist; an artist that I both admire and respect for his sheer creativity and attention to detail.
The fact that most of his characters (especially Sweaterpuppy) are curvaceous, full-figured and down-right gorgeous women however, is merely icing on the cake. X3
And before anyone asks, yes, she isn't wearing any pants. Fictitious, anthropomorphized samoyed girls can get away with that. =P
