Character Description
A pikachu that is said to be owned by the organization called "Galactic". She generally wears a sleeveless electricity resistant team galactic shirt. She often is seen outside of her pokeball in which the exact placement of where it is, is unknown. She's a little bigger than some pikachu but the height difference is barely visible.
Personality
She enjoys getting into trouble greatly and rather enjoys being cold and malicious, often picking fights with those who tower over her for no exact reason. She's reasonable but can also be a master at conning pokemon and making them believe she's right. She's cold and her nature is serious and just as serious and nefarious as her personality.
Likes/Dislikes
-likes sweet berries like Nanab, Pecha, Qualot, Magost and Watmel berries.

-hates being left behind or left out of planning

-dislikes mimikyu, mostly cause they're creepy to her

Background/History
She was mostly a genetic experiment on seeing how far certain genes are influenced and what could be outside influences. She was treated like a test rat as a pichu, becoming friends with a younger member of the team. This allowed her to get to her next form which was a pikachu. It was found that she could hold far more electricity in her body than the average pikachu however if she released all her electricity it would take her at least a week to recharge. Currently she refuses to evolve into a Raichu. However it's to be noted that unlike normal pokemon, who can be bred anytime, she goes into season several times a year and three times a month, possibly due to her genetics being altered but it seems to not be too much of a bother.
World/Setting
Team Galactic hideout somewhere out in a remote area.
Body
A light yellow pikachu with white places on her body. On forehead, paws, chest and a heart shaped marking similar to cosplay pikachu's but white, on her tail. The white on her forehead ends at the back of her head. She has a large brown splotch that goes down her back covered in seven darker brown stripes and a similar pattern going up her tail. She has heterochromia. One eye is lime green and the other is purple. Her mouth is oddly a blue color.
Clothing
A sleeveless electricity resistant team galactic top with the emblem in the center.
