Don't you just love how the one 'assigned' as hero and is always (or ends up) on some sort of journey to save the world? (also for anyone who was curious, J'rar is 23, the typical hero in RPG's is...what...16-18? so yea...he's older than the typical 'hero' ;P )
Also...ever wonder where the hero was sometimes doing right before they were hoisted into a journey to save the world right? ----------------------
When you get down to it, all stories break down into either "Hero Takes a Journey" or "Stranger Comes to Town." Even Joseph Campbell begins the "monomyth" with the call to adventure that leads the hero to go on his journey.
As to what he was doing before... If this hero was at all lucky, he was probably sleeping of a prolonged yiff. ~_^
