Nah, as evoyager said in a comment above, Alter promised Sparity not to kiss people without permission in a much earlier strip. Kissing people is how he gets ability cards for them, kinda like Pactio in Negima.

So when Sparity comes barging in and calls his name loudly, he probably thought she thought he was planning to kiss Serene's tail. xD

Alter better not next try to use a line that technically its her tail and not another 'pony' line or else sparity will probably need to go full dragon mode on him
