'Anolani gets a little extra money by performing as a hula dancer during the tourist season. She specifically performs a type of dancing called Hula kahiko, which is accompanied by chanting along with traditional Hawaiian instruments, like the Ipu (a single gourd drum) and the Pahu (a sharkskin covered drum). Overall she's a pretty good dancer and she seems to enjoy it (as do the tourists :)).
