I'm totally floored receiving this piece after returning from my parents for Christmas. I was thinking about the best way to have Frost be a part of something outside his element. This idea will finally uncover the bizarre truth to his past and the connection to everything.
At first he can only envision a planet. Different from both Mobius and Earth. After the Resistance defeated Infinite and Dr. Eggman, an advanced model of Metal Sonic was terrorizing Chun-Nan for information about the Master Emerald. As Frostcat attempts to stop Metal Sonic, he was ambushed by three Death Egg Robot Sentinel beams attempting to destroy the village. Pushing his ice powers beyond his limit, he unleashed his raw power hidden within and froze the mechanical behemoths in a blink of an eye.
The extent of his power nearly froze all of Chun-Nan. But having regained control, his visions became more of a calling. Not from a dream world but a real one. Flashes of people he has never seen in unknown places and yet, so familiar. All he knows is that there's something from another planet calling him. But will he ever get there before it's too late?

"The Elemental Sword" Origin - Unknown Discovered - Mysterious Cat Country(Mobius) Info - Frostcat survived the tribe's trail to obtain the sword. It's appearance was once solid metal. Upon his touch was when it changed it's scheme. The diamond center appears hollow but emits a light blue glow representing his ice powers coursing within. It was later discovered that not even Blaze the Cat could change it's element.
The Crest of Cress (Silver/Blue variant) Origin - Phantomile's Moon Kingdom Info - By teaming up with the Dream Traveler Klonoa, the duo played a key role to save their brief merged worlds from chaos. The crest represents his adventure and loyalty to Klonoa and the dream worlds. It can also help translate and respond to unique languages.
Blue Fire/Arctic Fire Jacket + Pants Origin - "The Elemental Sword" Info - Upon receiving the sword, the erupting ice powers became coupled with an unknown substance that has taken in the form of blue flames. The outfit can only react to Frostcat's power and abilities. It's known traits are his Arctic Blast and Arctic shield. Upon developing his power, the blue fire can change to a glacier variant for more resilience in serious battles.
The "Gem" Origin - Unknown Discovered - Floating Island of Coronia (merged islands of Mobius and Phantomile) Info - The gem on his forehead was once hidden within the tufts of hair on his forehead. It was after rescuing the once roboticized King of Sorrow that the gem became exposed. As time progressed, Frostcat's ice abilities became more stronger and adaptive in battle. The gem's true power may also be connected to Frostcat's visions over the years. It was currently realized that the gem has no connection to the gem on Blaze the Cat.
