Blink is a fifteen-year old Deino-Morph who is more like his father than his poor mother ever wanted. Difficult, stubborn, hormonal, and violent. Being a Dark/Dragon type just makes his base personality that much worse.
No, you're not seeing things, he IS wearing women's underwear. Why, you ask? Because his junk is like his father's. It looks more or less like a vulva until his wang is whipped out. Long story short, women's underwear just plain fits better since he doesn't have any dangly-bits for the undies to hold onto or support.
Blink is also a good fighter, and hangs out with a group of five other dark-types, forming a gang that calls themselves The Dark Side. His insignia is representative of his name in the gang: Cross-Eye Blink.
