After a very fun evening of making treats and wrapping presents, Kody cant wait for Christmas as he bounces happily all around the house. His mom smiles and hugs her loving husband watching their little pup so happy. After hearing stories about Santa and watching Rudolph his mom giggles as the mpvie comes to an end. "Uh oh, Santas on his way here. Better get to bed." She said with a smile. "Awww mommy, i dont want to!" Kody protests but fell on deaf ears as his mom picks him up and covers his face in kisses rubbing his back feeling the soft fleece material of his jammies. "All pups need to be asleep if they get presents from Santa." Kody eventually gives up really wanting presents. His dad walks in with a plate of cookies and a glass of milk. "Think you can place this on the table." He says holding the plate of colorful anf mishapen cookies due to Kody pushing some of the cookies together to make an amalgamation of baked Christmas sweets. "Of course I can!" Kody says proudly placing the plate and glass of milk on the table. The smell of fraiser fir Christmas tree filling his nose. After completing his task his dad picks him up and hugs him "Come on pup. Time for bed." Kody rests his head on his dads chest as they head up to his bedroom, his mom close behind. After tucking him in and both parents giving him a kiss on the forehead they turn off the light and closes the door behind him. The young wolf pups room illuminated by a snowman night light. Kody was too excited to stay awake as he kicked his little feet under his covers. He waited silently as he heard his parents head to bed. "I cant go out now, theyll catch me." He says to himself waiting to what to him seemed to be hours before he climbs out of bed and opens his door. He peeks out into the dark hallway not seeing a person in sight before quietly creeping downstairs. The living room lit up by the rainbow of colors on the Christmas tree. By the tree he sees a fox plushie by the tree that wasnt there before, some of the milk and cookies gone from the table. His ears flick as he heard a noise outside and rushed to the window. He looked out of the frosted window pane to see the husky holiday man Santa in his reindeer lead sleigh as he flies towards the horizon saying "Merry Christmas"
