Volk: Jessica...I jush wanted to shay I'm (hic) sorry for getting you pregnant. You are the most (hic) beautiful wolfess I've ever known and I love you. I will (hic) be the bescht father and husband a woman could ever (belch) want. And I'll be there for you...no matter what. Trixie: Uh...Volk...sweety...my name isn't Jessica. And I'm not a wolfess. Volk: You're not? Wait, is this shtill Port Lando? Trixie: Uh...no. You're on the ship. Volk: Oh right (hic). Back on the ship......Who're you again? Trixie: I'm your captain, and I'm now ordering you to go back to your quarters so you can sleep off the booze. Volk: Oh (hic) kay......he then passes out on the deck Trixie: (sigh)
Volk has recently joined the Pirate Vixen crew and has been given the occupation of shipwright. It’s essentially his job to make sure that the ship is properly maintained and that repairs are made whenever the ship has been damaged. However, he has been known to invent new tools, weapons, gadgets, and various other devices for use by the Pirate Vixens. Many of them are quite ingenious actually.
Standing at 7’8”, he is by far the tallest of the Pirate Vixen crew. He possesses a rather muscular build and has shown himself to be incredibly strong as well as durable. His fur pattern starts out to where his head and face are white but the fur slowly transitions from white to black all the way down his body. His eye color is somewhat peculiar, namely for the fact that his left eye is yellow and his other eye is red. His tail is also something of a peculiarity. Not only is it nearly five feet in length, but it seems to have a mind of its own.
When Volk isn’t fixing the ship or doing something else important, he can be found drinking, either alone or with Dixie and Black Jack. He isn’t much of a drunkard, since he only really drinks when he has nothing better to do. Also, as strange as it may sound, Volk apparently seems to work better and more efficiently when he’s inebriated than when he’s sober. Furthermore, he has a tendency to invent new gadgets while he’s drunk. Such devices are very rarely used, not because they’re dangerous, but because Volk usually forgets what the gadget was invented for.
Volk has a tendency to refer to those shorter than himself as “pup”. The exceptions to such a nickname are the Pirate Vixens themselves because of their captain status, and Angela who’s only two inches shorter than Volk. Also, despite his tough-guy exterior, he is actually a very gentle and caring person.
