The Persian was relieved and took much delight when the weather suddenly shifted from a scorching sunny day to overcast and rainy. So much that he wanted to thank the one who used Rain Dance with much love (actual value of love of course is subject to the sex of the person in question!) When the Persian looked to the Rain Dancer, he was caught in awe by the tremendous size of the woman. Micha, being a fire-type and therefore miffed by the change in weather, wanted to get back at the Persian and did not want him to back down from his word. So he encouraged the Persian to make the public display of love as he said he would. X3
