I'm currently using https://aggie.io/ that I created myself :P but it's missing a lot of functions and I'd have to add them myself if I want to use them.
I tried SAI, but it had issues with my tablet settings, SAI2 worked with tablet but keybord shortcuts didn't work properly (it was working for my friend just fine so I need to check it again), I tried Photoshop too but it doesn't have stabilizer and has tendency to slow down for no reason. And recently I tried out Clip Studio Paint but it had some lagging issues, some shortcuts that couldn't be changed and overally my hand just hurt after drawing in it for some time. I should try Krita maybe, I don't know anyone that uses it though :P

I have only ever used SAI not SAI2 but I actually think the best thing for you is to develop your program farther ya it might be a pain but because you made it your not going to be bet at any other program than the one you made.
