Characteristics

A tolerant lazy little bugger. Charm is mostly easy going and hard to grow temperamental. He's really easy to get along with and is sometimes somewhat affectionate. This little confident drag bares small particles of water coating his flesh which causes his skin to appear in a light glossy glow. His skin is always moist though strangely does not leave tracks or trails of water. He possesses long pointed ears and a fin at the back of his head which shapes and moves to his mood and expressions. And only while underwater will you be able to distinguish the gills located at the sides of his ribs.

His body type is very fit and strong for his size. He's shaped like a race dog with tough muscle under that bed of soft skin. His front paws are free while his feet are webbed together as are the sections of his fin.

He has three methods of speed, two which he uses to communicate underwater. One is normal lip and tongue, another is SONAR to transmit sound through underwater current, and the third and final form of speech is through telekinetic communication.

His most iconic features are the protruding fangs from his jaws, the odd strip of red scales on the bridge of his nose and of course those vibrant violet eyes.
