Meet Kuro, a Human/Raccoon Hybrid or Raccoon boy if ya prefer. In his 20s but has the brain of a child, espeically with the way he bully others and such. He pick on anyone that he find interesting. If he can have some fun with it, then your going to be bullied a lot. As such, he does have a "caretaker" of sorts that keeps him line, as he is unable to look after himself.
This is a 2nd character of mind in the works. Was finally able to get what he looks like down thank to Dominic and his character Skunk Boy (where the idea came from). Please let me know what ya think of him. ^^
