Shade really doesn't like shopping for clothes.
Especially with his particular....needs. Any shorts he picked out had to be baggy-really, really baggy. It's bad enough being an 18 year old that still wears diapers, it's entirely another when you're a Koopa, and everyone can see because your shorts are too tight to fit over the extra-bulky things!
Draping a few pairs that look like they'll be about right over his arm, he crinkled his way to the fitting rooms, walking past the row of closed doors with their red "occupied" placards until he found one near the end that was open. Closing the door behind him, and reaching almost as high as he can he get the hangers on the hook-not just 18 and still in diapers, but also short to boot-he'd always been a bit on the runty side, even now. With a last look at the door, he wiggled his shorts off his hips and kicked them to the side, taking a second to inspect the thick poofy diaper taped snugly around his waist...at least he was still dry. For the moment.
Reaching up again, he pulled a new pair of shorts off the hanger and held it up a moment to look it over. Yeah, this one looks like it might do the trick, and the price wasn't too bad either. Luckily the mall was having a sale and he...
His eyes widened as he heard the door opening behind him, and he whipped around just in time to realize he had forgotten to turn the "open" placard to "occupied" and then someone's standing in the doorway staring at him...and at his diapered rear in the full-length mirror behind him.
Shade really doesn't like shopping for clothes...."
