While bapin some Gnorc in Spyro finds a portal that leads to a new world called Chaos Bringers. But unlike the other worlds the dragons here were imprisoned on purpose.
Their crimes, being assholes that wreck shit, and Spyro just unless their leader who is releasing the other to wreck havoc.

lol been playing Spyro and love all the dragons, and was thinking up some ideas and Pride wanted in on it
