Girly yes but not in an extreme frilly sort of way (then I don't see her as a super hardcore tomboy, that's Dash) and too be fair if not doing sporty or rough stuff with the CMC and can really see her like this going too school or be in town as an innocent kid. Then I can also see her tie her hair back, get into the outfit in the last picture and zoom away on her scooter the next day! And I'm pretending Snoopy is her pet dog!
