Τhis is a character called Ame, from an Anime movie called "Wolf Children". The story follows a young mother who is left to raise two half human, half wolf children, Ame and Yuki, after their werewolf but also human father dies. It's a movie I'd defininetely and unreservedly suggest you to watch. I claim nothing from myself, only this crappy, old drawing. Enjoy!
