It's a woof, with some sorta flowery collar thing!

I managed to do this picture in one day. Around five hours, to be exact.
The colour job is a lot simpler, but it was only ever meant to be a quick thing anyway :3

I think the pic looks great ^^
I love his body proportions, his cute face and the colors are decent. The foreground matches so well and everything blends together naturally. You did a good job for a quickie ^^
