You know what, I totally forgot about medibang. May I point out that there's many tools that anyone may use, it's not how expensive it is but how you use them like Canis said. There's many brushes but you make them do the work. Ps is useful but if it's not in your price range then do not get it until you know you can afford it and just try a bunch that are within budget or even free. Free/cheap doesn't mean it's unstable or lacking. Don't mean to lecture, I just regret buying stuff I never needed after finding that it was just me I need to work with.
