...i have bad luck making games! XD this is the secret project i was working on a bit for a while.
Here is 2 animations i got done in the short time the project was alive, turned out pretty cool i'd say for having very little animation experience.
first one was the finished product. second one was the large version before we realized we should make stuff smaller =P third is a jump animation i had going :V
It saddens me to see it scrapped... There need to be more furry games out there! Maybe a few years down the line when you're more stable and have a bit of a team?
Needless to say, the animations are fluid and totally reflect your style :D

I can try to make a skeleton animation of him and PM it to you. It is better with a bit higher resolution images, but one could always scale it down and correct any stray pixles if you want to focus on pixelart.
