It's the character Oogami from manga Oumagadoki Doubutsuen (Crazy Zoo) by Horikoshi Kohei (same creator of Boku no Hero Academia). I drew him as a Care Bear Cousin, and I just love how he came out in this style.

Here I drew him in several colorful Tuftex balloons with size 24" (61 cms)
