Nothing. In many states, they literally teach nothing about sex ed. In most of the states that they do, they aren't allowed to talk about preventative measures, only abstinence. Yes this is something I do now about the “coitus interruptus” method. Whenever I first started puberty, my dad sat me down and of course had the stereo typical talk. He also explained to me some of the methods that were used to practice “safe sex” and the success rate of each. Long story short abstinence =100 success rate, condoms success rate varies on quality/care and he warned me to never try the “coitus interruptus” method.
The primary reason being that even if a male Was successful in pulling out; his pre can have sperm cells if he has ejaculated recently in the last day or so. Now I found out later that the chances of impregnation is still unlikely but I still don’t practice it anyway. As for the case of Dmitri here, he has had sex before in the last 10 To 24 minutes of the comic. So there still a chance that she may become pregnant.
