"Diner!" Coco chirped from the kitchen. TOnight it was just her, Leon, Maxxi, Scooter, Dante and Jazz. Len was the first in.
"Finally!"
"Well it would have been done sonenr if I wouldn't have to chase you out fo here every five minutes." Coco chastized.
"I'm hungry!"
"You ate three hours ago! And it was three burgers!"
"Not enough." Leon stated.
"They were as big as your head!" Coco laughed putting a plate infront of him. It was two large juicy steaks, cooked to perfecting. Leon smelled the air and drolled.
Scooter and Maxxi came in next.
"Maxxi, for you I have made my best dish I came up with three hours ago! Beef alfredo with safron sauce." Coco placed the food infrom of him. Maxxi said a quick thanks before digging in.
"Scooter, five lamb ccobobs." Coco put the plate down.
Jazz wondered in, "alright, what do you have fo rme?" He asked, taking his seat and sipping his wine.
"My favoite cheesy spinach roll-ups, very healthy, I made lemon scented asparagus to go with it if you would like." Coco said putting the plate infront of him.
"Sure, I'll have some." Jazz said, slightly shocked a ten year old could cooked things liek this. The roll-ups looked amazing!
"Where's Dante?" Coco asked, bringing out his plate. As if that brought him. he walked in. Without a word, he sat down. "Here, Poached samon, I poached them in my best tea to add an unique flavor." Coco said, placing it infront of him. Dante only picked up his fork and started poking at it, as though he thought it would crawl away.
Coco sat down in her spot and smiled. She was having a healthy plate of pasta with five cheeses, mushrooms, onions and other things she knew tasted good.
Leon was already done with his first steak and halfway done with the second.
"Leon! Are you even tasting it?" Coco asked.
"Yup, why do you think I'm eating so fast? IT'S SO GOOD!" He began stuffing his face again. Coco looked at Scooter.
"This is normal." He said nonchalantly. Coco nodded and began eating her food. When she looked up, Dante was gone, the food barely touched.
"Is Dante not hungry?" Coco asked.
"Don't worry, he's just naturally grumpy." Jazz said. "Amazing food by the way."
"Ccan yuou believe he's my half-bro?" Maxxi laughed.
Coco looked up, "you are?" She asked.
"Sure, sheila, m'mom took me away from my dad when I was a little 'un. Dante was born sometimes when I was. M'dad ran off with his mum and well, I don't really know what happened. I never even knew I had a brother." Maxxi explained.
Coco took this in and nodded.
"If Dante isn't gonna eat that...." Leon inquired.
"Knock yourself out." Coco shrugged. Leon pratically lunged at the plate and ate the fish in less then one bite.
Jazz looked at Coco, "when he is like this, stay as far from his mouth as you can, he may confuse you for food."
"I would not!"
"Hey, wheres your napkin?" Scooter asked Leon.
Leon looked down and went wide eyed. "Shit..." He mummbled holding his stomach.
Coco giggled, don't worry, you'll be fine!"
"Why did none of you warn me!" leon scolded.
"We wanted to, mate, but we were scared you'd think we were stealing your food and attack!" Maxxi laughed.

This is home now.
