For a cowl, it's not very owl-like. In fact, it looks more like an eastern dragon. Thing, whatever those are called. Anyway, I do so think it's an adorable little thing.
Do not redistribute this without the permission of the artist or the commissioner. If this is posted anywhere else, then it is stolen and needs to be reported or the artist and commissioner contacted asap. You can help prevent character / art theft.
