Well, the Pandas mostly keep a nudist household, if you can say that about people with fur, and the parents have found that clothes don't keep the girls out of mischief anyway. Though as you say, they would probably recommend a top instead of a bra unless the point is being risqué.

Overalls and no top is like my favorite clothing kink for pictures, and Tia likes it too... something like a kigurumi with nothing under is even better in a story, but hard to show in a picture.
So anyway the girls would not mind if everybody only wore their fur all day, but since clothes exist and do have a social function in their world (even if it's less scared of nudity) they will wear them out of the house.
