A little, fifteen-minute sketch of our favorite blue 'hog--old school style! :D Done on Painter with the thick-to-thin pencil tool which gave it that sketchy look. Obviously inspired by the opening and ending scenes of Sonic CD and/or the Sonic OVA movie.
