So I got bored and realized I hadn't done shit for inktober yet (well nothing that isn't for unfinished projects >.>) and as I was browsing an .ru 40k site I ran across an Amelia from treasure planet done up as a commissar. It made me curious so I looked around and couldn't find another image of it. It confused me and gave me an idea of what I must do for inktober. So here's Amelia from Disney's Treasure Planet, done up as a Commissar from 40k, representing the felinids :D oh so fun to do stuff like that. I also was planning to draw up Mr Arrow as an Ogryn but every attempt I made just looked horrid so I scrapped the idea.

Hope you enjoy. Also yes I accidentally made her left shoulder a bit high and it blocks her ear. >.< It was a mistake I made but I didn't want to redraw the little tassel shoulder thingy.
