....nothing kinky and murry today...something rather different and rather unexpected: an obscure character i managed to remember after 22 YEARS since the last timei saw it..and whats most unexpected,that i managed to redraw completely BY MEMORY ONLY without being able to find it anywhere on the web or printed on any paper-printed comic whatsoever anywhere! this birdy girl belonged to a small kids-addressed Bambi comic publication in Italy ,in which she was featured n the second page of the april/may june issue of 1996 (that's right!) and somehow she managed to make her way into my heart and mind as much as to allow me to redraw her piece by piece more than twenty years later! she was left untouched entirely by the following 20+ years that changed my mind and life completely from its roots..yet teh remainder of her memory didn't flinch a SPECKLE regardless of everything! i must of course also underline that period of my life was the time where i actually began experimenting with some kinda very basic furry "visual" compositions : cutous,tracings,glue-stitchings and so on..veyr basic but fundamental for what i will have been able to begin to draw concretely 9 years later ( i began drawing something actually relatable with furry art only in 2007) and i honestly think She along with way much famous and known furry chaarcters (most of all, Vixey) set one of the very first foundations stone from which i started slowly building my furry/anthropomorphics inspirations well from that moment on...
she means also something way more emotionally related than artistical: she is one of those feamale anthro characters representing JOY to me ..and for teh matter, HOPEFUL JOY and sun-lit Happiness towards life,an emotional trait i found in other charatcers years later (check "Polly" by Bonk or any of SammFeatblueheart and Flyper pics with her birdy girls to see what i mean) and charatcers lie Vixey sport too as well..just..she was THE ONE , the most lovely cheerfully drawn character i ever found anywhere on paper-printed or online comis since that very day ....and for that very reason if ANY OF YOU moght have the chance to possess that very number of that italian issue of Bambi's comic,OR might have been able to find the original image featuring this chaarcter anywhere on the web for ANY GIVEN REASON don't hesitate to let me know!
