Character Sheet for Aarbor Lafri Talgait
Nickname(s)
Aars, 'Velvet Aars' - Stagename
Sex/Gender
male
Species
Satyr
Age
43
Character Description
A somewhat young Satyr, considering that they typically live as long as 500 years, Aarbor is the grandson of a former Dragon Slayer whose daughter had a poor choice in men. Strength, vigor and mild affluence in his blood, he travels the world as a musician, touring its bars to learn of its lore and aiming to return home with a marvelous story to tell to his mother and grandfather.

Alas... he knows not how he ages. While he may return home youthful and full of ideas and stories to tell, they may not be there to receive him.
Personality
Welcoming, convivial, mischevious. Has a habit of being generally sociable and benevolent, but has no problem parting his hair and insulting your choice of garb or appearance if crossed.

A simple quick reference for my satyr in a friend's DnD campaign. He's a bard and is pretty fun to play, but I get the feeling I'd best enjoy him while I can. Many DnD characters have pretty short lifespans.

"Many DnD characters have pretty short lifespans."

That and other obligations are pretty much why I haven't properly designed my own DnD character.  Plus it's hard to convey a story in an image or two, unless you *really* go out of your way for that expressive mingling of events into an image.

Indeed~ At the end of the day though it's pretty nice when you do reach that point, if you reach it.
I find that it's best to just enjoy them while they last, and don't quite forget them once they're gone.
