Well. I thought it'll be interesting to put Velma threw some cosplay for Halloween funtime. I don't think any of these characters she's dressed up as needs any introduction. There's nothing spooky about Velma of course. But she is part of a crew that investigates spooky activity. So that's Halloweeny enough. Notice all characters except for one are from fighting games.
