Personality
Neon Hyena is active and fun loving. Constantly looking for thrills. He often puts off important tasks in favor of my exciting stuff. His favorite activity includes going to raves and parties. He likes to go there for the thrill of dancing, getting drunk, and flirting with half-naked women in colorful outfits.
Despite his bruting personality, he still tries to be a good friend as heart, especially towards his younger brother Magic Wolf. He's willing to stand up for those who otherwise can't do so themselves.

Body
Neon Hyena is dark blue with black spots. His spots change color depending on the lighting condition where he is. If he's in the moonlight, it will change to a bold blue. If he's under a blacklight, his spots will turn to a neon bright blue.
He has a neon green triangle over the center of his face, and just above his abs. He as a masculine body shape.
Clothing
Casual: A logo that looks like a robotic hyena with headphones (which is a reference to the music label known as Ninety9Lives)
Rave: a simple pair of baggy black rave pants with neon green stripes
Winter: A white shirt with a soft black jacket
Swimwear: A pair of swimming trunks with a pattern that looks like a tropical silhouette over an orange sunset.
Accessories
Neon may sometimes wear various glowsticks during raves, and even having kandi (colorful bead bracelets handed out at modern raves) around his arms.
