SCHWARZRITTER GUNDAM
Last in pool

Took me a while to build But I finally done it. This my friends of the Furry community is pretty much my crown jewel in my Gunpla collection to date. The RG Sazabi is a beast in every aspect and Its super awesome all in all. How awesome is it? Lets dive right in and find out

Awesome Things:

: Firstly, The size. Unlike your typical HG or RG model kits (If you have one) The RG Sazabi is simply Taller than any Gunpla in the 1/144 scale series. I mean, I could Have a size comparison with my HG OO diver ACE but from watching video reviews of the Gunpla I can safely say its taller and way bigger than its HG model

: The Color of this thing is amazing. Its pretty much on par with the MG Sazabi Ver Ka (Color wise that is) and the Red, Black and bits of orange truly make this guy stand out

: One of the thing that make the RG Series a cut above the HG is their articulation and this Gunpla has tons of it. You could pretty much get some awesome Poses with it and I tried it once which totally went well. I'm thinking of other possible poses for it

: So far, This thing has tons of Special Decals that you can optimize this Gunpla with but because I'm a simple man and do not want to go all the way, I gave it the standard Neo Zeon Emblem on the shield and the Char Aznable Logo on the right side of its front skirt armor which truly symbolizes Char's counter attack very well

FLAWS: While the RG Sazabi is a beast in pretty much every aspect, Its not that all perfect

: Most of the Joints of this Guy are just too delicate and could snap at any moment

: It does have a little trouble standing without the Foot support found on the Back of its Foot and its pretty much due to the massive Backpack and the Back portion of its waist

WEAPONS:

Beam Shot Rifle

Shield

2X Beam Sabers

Beam Tomahawk

Three tiny Missiles on the shield

6X Funnels

Beam Cannon on the chest

SPECIAL ACCESSORIES:

7 Pairs of Hand manipulators ( 2 fists, 2 open hands, 2 Gabbing hands, 1 Trigger hand for the Beam shot Rifle)

A miniature figure of Char Aznable himself

OVERALL: 100/10

Even though it has a few flaws and a few missing parts, The RG Sazabi is a beast no matter what you think about it. I could safely say that this crown jewel is one of the most beautiful and one of the most amazing Gunpla kits to date. Nothing can beat it that's all I'm saying. And for being the first Zeon type Mobile Suit in my collection I'm pretty proud right now. Trust me when I say, You owe it to yourself that you need a kit this good in your collection and I'm confident that it won't disappoint

Sadly a RG kit that could have used an all-new inner frame (It's just the RG Gundam Mk II's inner frame stretched out)...and still has weak wrists.

Ever tried the RG Aile Strike?  That is supposed to be more robust (though it's older).  Then again, you can always go with the HG kits.

And don't worry about the Sinanju's flaws - it's not unique to the RG model - the MG (both versions; don't know about the Stein) and the Robot Damashii figure has wrists that can't hold up its guns (especially if you undersling the bazooka on the rifle).  Kinda notice that issue with Strike Freedom's backheaviness across most of its models and Damashii figure.  Problem is though with the Sinanju that it's guns have the Gundam Wing problem - they are too long/big for the hands to hold up.  Just takes a little imagination and maybe a little paint on the joints to help that out.

At least it doesn't have the HGUC Hazel/GM Quel/(original) Blue Destiny's issues with its hands with the fingers not staying on well. :P  Every kit has its quirks...just smile though knowing they are not the model kits of the Variable Fighters from Macross.

well my major problem right now is there are no places around me anymore that sell Gunpla kits, the last one just shut down, and someone who used to be my friend would order kits straight from japan for me, cause they are a healthy way for me to distract myself from things that go on, but It has been so long wince I was able to get one that, I haven't had much interest now.

If you're in the US, there is USA Gundam Store which has a good selection of kits, plus StarPla (Star Wars Bandai kits), Pokepla and other items.  There's also of course HobbyLink Japan as well - though the shipping can get a little annoying though you do have a "Private Warehouse" so you can consolidate shippments.

I guess but getting the money for them is my main issue right now
