This scene must be from that director's, director's cut edition.
Robotnik really wants that bird, it's a fine specimen.

Story & experiment time: After Devianttard took down half my gallery because of "breasts" I tried to experiment a bit with a flat chest flex, but it never really worked out great. Even now it has several issues, so I doubt it will be worth the time and effort. But hey, if Deviantfart takes it down because of "sexual themes" I'm pretty much done with that site.

If anything making her a flat chested character makes her look younger, which is against DA's rules... hmmm...
