So, without giving away too much here, this is a design of Lady Anna for Book 2.
In many circles, she's best known as Morgause. Taking up this role, I chose Fiona for the job. So why does Fiona look WAY different here?
Well, there's a Black Arms angle going on here, as I indicated with my previous pictures of Prince Shadow and Slave Sonic. In this sketch, this is Lady Anna after she's been infused with Black Arms energy. She's got this design inspired by the Underworld Queen from the final boss of SatBK, so if the dress looks familiar, that's why. She also bears two swords, another nod to the Queen.
