Reference sheet i had made for testing out designs.
Here Sebastian is wearing a really old style diaper form my childhood days.
I know most will probably have no idea what this is.
This was basically an absorbent rectangle placed inside a pair of plastic tie on pants.
Just to clarify the absorbent rectangle was a disposable part. So while you would reuse the tie pants after washing them it was a disposable.
Also the only real way to increase absorption with these things was to use more than one insert/pad at a time making for some serious waddling.
The tie on pants were about as thin as most plastic wrap on food items.
I do feel sorry for parents of that age as these were nothing like the super absorbent alternatives of today.......
